• Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly smile and a can-do attitude.
• Process check-in and check-out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Answer member and guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Assist with processing payments and membership applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality setting (hotel, resort, club, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
